About the Role
The Personal Lines Account Manager position requires experience working with accounts of all sizes, and a knack for identifying new risk exposure. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day needs of the client while providing an unparalleled positive customer experience. Actively collaborating with the Personal Lines team to achieve the common goal of efficiency, teamwork and client satisfaction.
As the point of contact for customer inquiries, the right candidate will skillfully address the client in a professional manner while building and maintaining those relationships, along with Carrier contacts.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent Personal Lines experience
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in Personal Lines preferably in an independent agency setting
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy
Self-motivated, takes initiative, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Desire to be a part of a positive working environment, and possess a team mentality
Must have a positive attitude, exceptional problem solving skills, and a proven history of going the extra mile
