An original employee of the agency, and sister to the president, Joe LaBarbera, Lucy was instrumental in building the foundation of personal lines at Mid-State Insurance. Lucy's knowledge and attention to detail laid the groundwork for the exceptional customer-service Mid-State is known for today.
Lucy’s long-lasting relationships with clients, underwriters, as well as current and former staff along with her mentorship, sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty to what is best for the agency will be greatly missed! It is truly an end of an era.
